First 6 months of 2010, the best moment to buy property in Spain

The State secretary of Economy, Jose Manuel Campa, thinks that in 2010, specially the first semester, can be a good moment to acquire property in Spain thanks to a conjunction of factors that can constitute " important incentives " for those families that have foreseen to acquire a property, instead of waiting to a major adjustment of the prices.



In an interview granted to Europa Press, Campa estimates that factors as drop of prices, interest rates in minimums (1 %), plan of helps to the housing, maintenance of the fiscal deduction to the purchase and the differential one of VAT - that will rise in the second half of the year - suppose " important incentives " for the interested parties in buying now a property in Spain.
